For over a week we have experienced problems with hosting companies. You may have heard that on the last episode, but we have good news. The ITRadio Blog/Archive is working like nothing ever happened. Graeme can possibly get some sleep now that the move is done and over with. But on with the show notes.

Things that happened during the show:

Frosty had blood samples taken yesterday.
Graeme’s boss calls Frosty at work because Graeme pranked her with Frosty’s message
Frosty and Graeme talk about the upcoming Chikara show in Philadelphia.
Graeme talks about news that makes him laugh.
MattMan was stripped of the title and Graeme became champion only to forfeit the R.P.S belt right away.
MattMan takes on U.K’s Ultimo for the vacant belt.
Ultimo will face Chris from Indianapolis on the next show.
